Professional oversight involves the evaluation of changes made after the completion of the project planning stage. This includes assessing modifications, technically evaluating the materials and equipment to be used, questioning their suitability, routine inspection of implemented practices, conducting functional tests on completed systems, preparing on-site inspection reports, and providing consultancy on all aspects related to fire safety.

Acceptance tests of devices and manufacturing related to fire safety, along with the documentation of identified non-compliance, are to be conducted. The adequacy of devices and equipment related to fire safety, based on design criteria, will be questioned. The compliance of installed devices, equipment, and manufacturing with technical specifications and regulations will be checked. Assistance will be provided to the employer during temporary and final acceptance procedures, and a compliance report will be prepared. Solutions for identified and reported non-compliance will be determined, and a work plan and budget will be created for corrective actions. Supervision services (technical due diligence) will be provided during the ongoing process of corrective and preventive actions, including a compliance assessment.
